I need laminate flooring help!? - how to install floor in lowe boat>how

I want to install the laminate floor. The soil is a Dream Home - Nirvana V3 8mm Havana Mahogany floors, with a 3mm-solid layer of evidence. More subfloor is not recommended by the manufacturer's proposed installation.

My question is .... I assume that will continue with the barrier against humidity 6 miles? I asked a man who worked at Lowe's, and he said no. I'm double-checking?

Anyone have any ideas?
