Haven't received WELCOME LETTER or GREEN CARD!? - welcome letter green card
I went to court and obtained permanent residence, 24 December 2008. I was told I would receive my welcome letter and green card in 1 month and 2 weeks. It is now the 21st February and have not received the letter welcoming the establishment! I need my green card to go to college and get a better job. What should I do?
