Just find a few places where you think you can, as the Office requested information and an interview where you go and ask questions to see if there is a place where you want to work.
Then you can find places with more glory than massage therapists and more respect to follow, easy to use or not in contact with them until they too get a job there as a receptionist or something.

Most massage schools prohibit employment as a massage therapist before receiving a license until the end - most legal matters. I do not think that's a good idea.
